The workshops are forums for learning skills in communicating risks from storm surge, focusing on the Toolkit and Guidebook. For these workshops, the Toolkit can be provided in paper form or, alternatively, the workshop participants can go through the Online Toolkit. Also included is an Assessment Instrument that can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop.
